As a licensed employment attorney with 8+ years of practice, she has advised companies on workplace investigations, employee relations matters, leadership development, compliance strategy, and executive employment agreements. Her experience spans both the legal and operational sides of business, giving her a unique ability to align people strategy with organizational goals.
Throughout her career, Monique has partnered closely with executives and business leaders to build strong cultures, mitigate risk, and create workplaces where both people and performance can thrive. She believes Human Resources is far more than an administrative function—it is one of the most powerful drivers of business growth, employee engagement, and long-term organizational success.
